We know how much time and forward planning our clients put into their conferences, workshops, awards ceremonies, or important birthday/anniversary parties. They are a culmination of a huge amount of planning in order to make your event the best! So, we know you want the photography to reflect and capture that.
Andrew has a wealth of experience in the Event and Awards photography, as well as the corporate & commercial aspect. His experience spans over the last 30 years and has covered everything from exclusive openings to PR launches and even events such as Golden Wedding Anniversary Parties and 21st Birthday Parties.
He has covered an array of Coventry and Warwickshire’s key conference and event venues. These include Warwick University, the Crown Plaza in Stratford-upon-Avon, Walton Hall Hotel, Ettington Park Hotel, Coombe Abbey Hotel and Chesford Grange in Kenilworth to name a few.
How will we work with you?
Every event is different, so we work with each client before the event to ensure they get just what they need on the day. We will work to your brief, making sure we focus on getting the photos you want, whether that be in-action shots of speakers or posed shots of award acceptances.
However, from experience we know that when the event goes live, we are needed to just ‘get on with it’. And that’s what we do, reassuring for clients who have other jobs to do during the event or who just want to enjoy their hard work pay off. We know you don’t want to shadow an event photographer around.
Our Equipment
As a Sony Professional Advocate Photographer, Andy has access to the latest Sony Professional Camera’s and equipment. This includes professional wide-angle lenses to show off the room set up, as well as prime telephoto lenses to capture all the on-stage action. By having the right professional equipment, we can shoot from anywhere, which means minimal disruption to the actual event.
When it comes to corporate events, we can also bring along our Studio lighting and set up a “Pop Up” Studio. Many clients take the opportunity to use our corporate headshot service so that we can photograph key people whilst they are in attendance. Our “Pop Up” Studio includes a background and lighting, to achieve a ‘studio-style’ portrait. Professional business headshots are perfect for company websites, annual reports and PR usage.
